Before FunkyCampy was a brand, it was a feeling. A community of over 13,000 VW enthusiasts sharing photos, stories, and that unmistakable love for the classic T2. Scroll through any VW group and you will see it — the van is not just metal and glass. It is a lifestyle, a philosophy, a reminder that the journey matters more than the destination.
We wanted to capture that feeling. Not in a poster you can buy anywhere. Not in a mass-produced sign from a factory overseas. We wanted something that felt as special as the van itself.
The 3D Printing Breakthrough
The idea was simple: what if we could turn the iconic T2 silhouette into something you could actually feel? Something with real depth, real texture, real presence on your wall?
After months of experimentation with 3D printing techniques, materials, and designs, we cracked it. Layer by layer, line by line, the T2 comes to life as a wall sculpture that plays with light and shadow in ways flat art never could.
Each piece takes over 18 hours to print. That is not a limitation — it is a feature. Slow, deliberate, precise. Just like the van life philosophy we celebrate.

We are not a faceless corporation. We are a small team of VW lovers with three printers, a lot of filament, and an unreasonable amount of passion. Every piece is printed in-house, inspected by hand, and packed with care.
When we showed the first prototype to our community, the response was immediate: 25 people wanted to buy it before we even had a price. That moment told us everything we needed to know.
What is Next
